Himali is a 26-year-old who loves to create.
Even though her hobbies and interests are ever-evolving, one thing that has remained constant throughout is her love for stories. Himali believes that memorable stories have the power to drive people into taking action. This is the reason she chose to build a career in advertising.
Professionally, Himali has over five years of experience in advertising. She started her career as a content writer and then went on to work with two WPP agencies, Ogilvy as a Senior Copywriter and AutumnGrey (the digital wing of Grey) as Group Head – Copy.
Currently, she is on a study sabbatical, pursuing an MSc. in Digital Marketing from University College Dublin, Ireland. Through this programme, she aims to be equipped with the necessary marketing skills and technical digital knowledge to be able to create stories and campaigns that are as creative as they are impactful.
